Deloitte acquires Seattle mobile ad agency Übermind

Deloitte has acquired Seattle mobile ad agency Übermind. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the acquisition, Deloitte gets a growing agency with clients including Apple, Alaska Airlines, REI and Target and capabilities that cover mobile apps, e-commerce and websites.
“Mobile technologies are rapidly reshaping the nature of business. This represents a significant opportunity for companies to develop new interaction models with customers, employees and stakeholders,” said Janet Foutty.
